Fees

The registration fees for attendants are the following:
- General public: $ 300 USD.
- Students: $ 150 USD.
Scholarships are available to cover the full registration fee for a limited number of students participating with a poster presentation. The scholarships are merit-based and will be awarded by a Scientific Committee based on the originality and quality of the research, including the quality of the submitted abstract.
This fee includes:
- USB stick containing the program book,
- Meeting package,
- Admittance to all presentation sessions,
- Cocktail reception
- Coffee break
- Gala dinner
- Simultaneous translation Spanish – English - Spanish
The following fees are not covered:
- Accommodation
- Transportation
- Meals
- Guided tours
